A: Yes! Japan allows foreigners to purchase property without
restrictions. You don’t need permanent residency or a visa.
Q: Do I need to be in Japan during the entire process?

A: No. Much of the process can be done online. You’ll need to
visit Japan for property viewings and contract signing, but
I can arrange everything to minimize your travel time.
Q: What if I don’t speak any Japanese?

A: That’s exactly why I’m here. I handle all Japanese communication
and translate everything into clear English.
Q: Can you help me find properties?

A: I work with local real estate companies who provide property
listings. I help you understand the listings, arrange viewings,
and support the purchase process. I do not act as a real estate
agent (which requires a license in Japan).
Q: What’s not included in the fee?

A: The fee does not include:
・Real estate agent commission (paid separately to the agency)
・Bank fees or loan costs
・Registration fees
・Property inspection costs
Q: What happens if I decide not to purchase after viewing properties?

A: You pay the deposit upfront. If you view properties
but choose not to purchase, the deposit covers the work completed
(consultations, document translations, viewing support). The
remaining is only due upon successful contract signing.
